bValued Ltd's director is Arthur Bletchly BSc MRICS. He is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and does residential property surveys and valuations throughout South Wales and South West England. Arthur is a RICS Registered Valuer. 

bValued's main business is doing RICS Home Surveys Levels 1 and 2 with/ without valuations (used to be called Condition Surveys/ Homebuyer Reports).

Arthur also  

 a) Values residential properties eg for purchase/matrimonial or tax purposes.
 b) Undertakes RICS Condition Reports on residential properties.
 c) Advises about boundary disputes etc.
 d) Undertakes Compulsory Purchase Valuations.
 e) Is a Certified Mediator.
